Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

1. Non-Refundable Policy:
   All payments for lessons are non-refundable. Once a lesson is booked and payment is made, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
2. Rescheduling Policy:
   • Students may reschedule a lesson without penalty if notice of absence is provided at least 12 hours before the scheduled lesson time.
   • In the event of less than 12 hours’ notice, the lesson may only be rescheduled at the sole discretion of the instructor, except in cases of emergencies, which must be clearly communicated.
3. Emergency Situations:
   Emergencies will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Documentation or explanation may be required for consideration.
4. Missed Lessons:
   Lessons missed without prior notice or explanation will not be rescheduled, and the fee for the missed lesson will be forfeited.
